RTA Permits Transfer Of Autorickshaw Permits
PUNE: The Regional Transport Authority (RTA) granted permission for transferring of autorickshaw permits. The transfer fee for Pune, Mumbai and Thane regions will be Rs 25,000, while for other regions in the state, it will be Rs 5,000.
The RTA also announced that issuing of new permits was being completely stopped in Pune region with immediate effect. Issuing of new permits has been stopped in the city since 1998. Permits were being issued in rural areas of the district so far, that too was being stopped with immediate effect.
